P-CASA holds general Community Outreach and Sustainability Subcommittee every month where groups of professionals/volunteers/community members come together to work on the action plan set by the coalition. The Action team focuses on policy, enforcement and communication. This subcommittee strives to produce widespread behavior change that reduces the community’s access to alcohol, tobacco, and other substances. The data management subcommittee aides P-CASA in the data collection and dissemination processes. This subcommittee also helps P-CASA prioritize and plan its substance abuse prevention services, as well as, facilitate the administering of the Paterson Youth Survey.
